Welcome to Wags East Pet Resort where we are as crazy about dogs as you are!
We provide fun and stimulating doggy daycare, full service all breed grooming and dog boarding in our spacious kennels and suites. The professional dog lovers at Wags East Pet Resort are dedicated to providing the care and compassion your pet deserves.
Our business is taking care of your pet and we are pleased to offer a variety of services we are sure you will love. When you leave your dog with us you’re leaving a beloved member of the family – and that is a responsibility we take very seriously. Meet Our Manager,
Shay Dancy
Shay Dancy is the Manager of Wags East Pet Resort & Spa, where she combines her passion for animal care with her dedication to creating a safe, welcoming experience for both pets and their families. A Nash County native, Shay graduated from Northern Nash High School in 2018 and has built her career around caring for animals and supporting the people who love them.
With a special interest in dog grooming, Shay enjoys helping pets look and feel their best while ensuring they receive compassionate, attentive care. Her favorite part of working in veterinary medicine is the opportunity to interact with pets every day and make a positive difference in their lives.
Outside of work, Shay loves caring for her six dogs and one cat and spending quality time with her family. Her enthusiasm for animal care, leadership, and commitment to exceptional service make her an invaluable part of the Wags East Pet Resort & Spa team.
Nice people. Very clean. My dog got a bath, nails done & teeth brushed. They got his record from his vet about vaccines being up to date. He got clean & I was 😁. Thank you!
